How to Position Footer Content in Multi WordPress Theme?

Main Footer Widget Area

In your main footer area, you can add any type of content, using widgets. This means that you can add text, audio player, post category archive, calendar, search, tag cloud, custom HTML and much more.

To add footer widgets, from your WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance > Customize > Widgets. There you can add, arrange, edit or remove widgets on specific areas of your page, e.g. the footer.

Footer Bottom Bar

Wit Multi, you can create even more advanced, fully customized footers. You can now use an additional bottom footer bar and fit its layout and design to match your ideas perfectly!

From Dashboard, to Appearance, then Customize > Footer and use dropdown menus to decide where each of the three elements of your bottom footer bar will appear. Use the following options:

  • Footer menu position
  • Footer content position
  • Footer social links position

Each element can get one of the following locations:

  • top: left, center or right
  • middle: left, center or right
  • bottom: left, center of right

You can also hide an element, choosing the don’t show option from the dropdown menu.
