How to Style Social Media Icons in Multi WordPress Theme?

Displaying

You can display your social media icons in Top bar, Header and Footer. Go to Appearance > Customize and choose where to show them.

Use the following options to show your social links in different locations:

• Top bar social links position in Appearance > Customize > Top bar > Top bar social links position
  
• Show social links in header in Appearance > Customize > Header > Layout > Header social links position
  
• Footer social links position in Appearance > Customize > Footer > Footer social links position
  

To open your links in new tabs or windows, use the Open in new window/tab option in Appearance > Customize > Social media profiles > Social media link settings.

To add each social link icon, just use the right input field to add link URL in Appearance > Customize > Social media profiles > Social media profile URLs.

Styling

All styling options are available in Appearance > Customize > Social media profiles > Social media link settings menu:

• Open in new window/tab – set your links to open in a new tab or window.
• Show RSS link – choose whether to show or hide RSS link.
• Social links color – set the coloring type from: Default (colors from customizer), Brand colors on icon and border, Brand colors on icon backgrounds, Brand colors on mouse over on icon and border, Brand colors on mouse over on icon backgrounds.
• Social icons color – set the default icon color.
• Social icons hover color – set the default icon hover color.
• Social icons background color – set the default background color.
• Social icons background hover color – set the default background hover color.
• Border width – set the border width in pixels.
• Border radius – set the border radius in pixels.
• Social icons border color – set the border color.
• Social icons border hover color – set the border hover color.
• Header social icons color – set the header icon color.
• Header social icons hover color – set the header icon hover color.
• Header social icons background color – set the header icon background color.
• Header social icons background hover color – set the header icon background hover color.

• Show tooltip in footer – show or hide icon tooltip on hover.
• Hide social links from bots – you can globally hide social media links (including Multi Social widget) from bots. This SEO feature allows to preserve the loss of link juice.
